Notice to Attorney (Privacy) - This notice contains information regarding the Judiciary Privacy Policy and personal identifier information elicited during testimony.

Please also be reminded that new procedures regarding transcripts will go into effect with the installation of the CM/ECF v3.2 Release on October 1, 2008.
