Exhibits in Rochester and Watkins Glen

The Court reporter will pre-mark exhibits 1/2 hour before Court begins.

The Court will keep the original exhibits after a trial or hearing until the appeal time has run out. After this time exhibits will be returned to the respective parties.

Please inform the Court ahead of time if there are a large number of exhibits to be pre-marked.
