NTA #07-04 Forms Amendments Effective 1/1/08

Amended versions of Form 1 (Voluntary Petition) and Forms 22A, 22B, 22C ("Means Test" Forms) become effective January 1, 2008.  Please see the attached Notice for a summary of these amendments, as well as a summary of amendments to Form JS 44 (Civil Cover Sheet,) which became effective December 1, 2007.
