Ordering Transcripts
BUFFALO PROCEDURES
Effective October 1, 2011, the Court began utilizing digital court recording technology for all court proceedings before Chief Judge Bucki and Judge Kaplan. The digital audio recordings serve as the official record of courtroom proceedings before Chief Judge Bucki and Judge Kaplan and will be used by transcribers when fulfilling transcript requests.
To order written transcripts for matters heard by Chief Judge Bucki and Judge Kaplan on or after October 1, 2011:
1 - Complete Form AO-435 – Transcript Order.
2 - Submit the completed form to:
