Most matters scheduled before Judge Kaplan on November 20, 2014, in Niagara Falls are adjourned until December 18, 2014, at the same time.  There are some matters that will be held at a different time and/or date.  A separate notification will be sent regarding those matters.  If you do not receive a separate notification, the matter is scheduled for the same time on December 18, 2014, in Niagara Falls.
