New York Western Bankruptcy Court Open During Government Shutdown
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York will remain open and maintain its usual hours during the federal government shutdown.

Effective immediately, Judge Warren will no longer hold a motion term at 9:00 a.m. on Thursdays. Any motion that previously would have been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on a Thursday, will now be heard at 10:45 a.m. on Thursdays.
