Effective May 12, 2023, appearances scheduled before the Honorable Carl L. Bucki have the option to appear in-person at the Robert H. Jackson U.S. Courthouse or telephonically for all matters in all counties, unless ordered otherwise.

For easier reference, the information to include in a notice of motion for all matters in all counties is the Jackson Courthouse location, and/or the telephonic conference information.  Matters in Allegany, Cattaraugus, or Chautauqua counties should no longer include the respective Olean or Mayville locations, but should continue to be scheduled for the separate hearing dates for those counties.
