Since September 26, 2025, notices that the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) has attempted to deliver to Canada have not been delivered to intended recipients due to a national strike by the Canadian Union of Post Workers. As of October 10, 2025, the prior general strike has been updated to a rotating strike; and as of October 17, 2025, the BNC will resume mailing to Canada, but significant delays are expected.
