Pursuant to the Standing Order, all matters in Chapter 11 cases in the Rochester Division will be heard in Rochester, NY, effective immediately.  No Chapter 11 matters will be heard in Watkins Glen. Please also note that the Court has been advised by the United States Trustee's Office that all 341 meetings for Chapter 11 cases in the Rochester Division will be held in Rochester, NY.  Chapter 11 341 meetings will no longer be held in Watkins Glen.
